At ILC Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd, we thrive to constantly improve and excel in all spheres of management through continual improvement of products, processes, and systems in order to satisfy customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and employees. We strive to create a better future for not only the steel plant and our business, but also for our honest and hard-working employees, who we treat as family.

Our mission

ILC Iron and Steel Pvt Ltd aims to combine aggressive strategies with quality products and services at competitive prices to provide value to our customers, clients, and partners in every stage of business.

We also aim to achieve 100% production & overshoot the rated capacity and adopt an eco-friendly approach while setting high standards and striving to adhere to these by forging partnerships with some of the world’s leading equipment suppliers.

Future prospects

We are always trying to diversify and expand our possibilities. We aim to expand production to include TMT, rods, and sheets in the future.

National steel policy – 2005 has the long-term goal of having a modern and efficient steel industry of world standards in India. The focus is to achieve global competitiveness not only in terms of cost, quality, and product-mix but also in terms of global benchmarks of efficiency and productivity.

The policy targets to achieve production of 300 million tonnes by 2030-31 and we want to support that goal.

CSR Activity

ILC IRON & STEEL Pvt Ltd is active in socio-economic levels. Donations were made to build halls near the mining areas. It has also conducted a medical camp at Arogya Kendra – a medical center in Sandur from 22nd – 24th of December 2002 for the physically handicapped. Doctors were brought from Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bangalore, for the same were in around 300 people were covered, which was sponsored by ILC IRON & STEEL Pvt Ltd group. This group has an agenda to conduct free medical camps every year.
